I guess maybe it’s because I’m suffering from writer’s block that I’m turning to other sources of inspiration as a way to write. But, writing aside, there is something ‘melancholically sublime’ about Antony Hegarty’s voice. I can’t really describe it, other than that you can really hear the sorrow whenever he sings. This song, along with the lyrics, sums up the feelings of being awake at one in the morning.
